A translation of Sirens by Jorge Consiglio, an award-winning poet, narrator and essayist, born in Buenos Aires in 1962. He is the author of five novels and three story collections. Villa del Parque (Southerly) Tres Monedas (Fate) have been published by Charco Press. Like Fate, I translated this story together with Carolina Orloff, founder of Charco.
